Duplicate Songs When Converting with Tunebite

I have been running my files through tunebite and I am ending up with duplicate files in my Zune software and WMP11.

I have Zune set to no duplicates but it still seems to be pulling them from an unshared and unmonitored folder...it was even pulling files from the recycle bin!

Just a heads up to check your recently cleaned files in WMP 11 and Zune...if you delete the files you then need to have both WMP and Zune recheck for media and they should delete the doubles.

Main thing don't sync before checking for, and cleaning up, duplicates. I haven't figured out yet how to have the desk top overwrite the Zune...so I was doing a lot of manual deletions and additions.

Fixed!

Used the last resort option of renaming my Media Player folder to rebuild my WMP Library....

I also selected no duplicate files in the Zune software..

I also noticed when I reconnected my 360 with my computer to open media sharing that there was a new option to connect with the Zune software instead. I am not sure how different it will be. I still need to check that out.

Rhino, the Zune software actually has better video streaming support over WMP11 when connected to the 360. Although it is still pretty limited as to what you can stream. It also seems faster at pushing the thumbnails to the 360 for pics and such.

To be honest I don't really find the need to stream much video. I use the PS3 for vids off of a USB HD. So if Zune is faster for pics and musak I may give it a shot.

I started batch file conversions last night and used the auto-shutdown with tunebite. Great program.

I really want to try making some ringtones with it.
