HUDSON ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE MOBILE DEAL WITH GOOD HANDS RECORDS

Publisher to introduce hip-hop tracks from the label's extensive catalog to mobile phones.

SAN MATEO, CA - June 20, 2007 - Continuing their practice of bringing popular hip-hop music to the mobile market, Hudson Entertainment today announced an exclusive deal with Good Hands Records to distribute ringtones, ringbacks, full-length tracks and videos from the label's hottest artists.

Recent and upcoming releases from Good Hands include Killa Priest's new album "The Offering" (due to be released in August 2007), "Philly 2 Cali" by Kurupt Presents Tangled Thoughts, and Camp Lo's "Black Hollywood". Also in the catalog are tracks from Reef The Lost Cauze, Chief Kamachi & the Juju Mob, and Chief Kamachi.

The announcement heralds the most recent in a long line of mobile music deals for Hudson, the North American publishing arm of Hudson Soft. The company recently inked similar deals with Death Row Records, Gangsta Advisory Recordingz, and TVT Records. In addition, Hudson has an exclusive partnership with The Source, bringing to consumers an incredibly impressive and diverse mix of music and mobile content.
