IMHO, Halo wouldn't have been as good without it's soundtrack. The campaign with its immersive storyline was made complete because of the music behind it.

Definitely.. I'm a big fan of good music in games. One of the reasons I've upgraded home theater gear is for video game music.

uhhh sometimes. I HATE the soundtrack on almost every EA sports game. What gives? How about a little variety?

I think it can make a good game alot better. The GTA series benefitted tremendously from a killer soundtrack. I don't know about the swing all the way from good to great, though.

Nah. I just mute the soundtrack and play my own music if it's that bad.

Seriously, it transforms all of my gaming experiences.

I LOVE the soundtracks for the Metal Gears Solid games. I think it can make a great game better, and a meh game good. I've never been playing a good game and been taken out of the experience because of a bad soundtrack.


All in all: Good soundtrack=Awesome
