Sorry if there is a thread on this already, but I was just wondering. My girlfriend and I are going to get a laptop and combine all of our data from two desktop computers on to it. Can you have multiple Itune users on the same CPU? Or does it just combine all of your music together? Normally this wouldnt be a huge deal, but we have totally different tastes in music. Thanks for any info that you might know of.

I'm not sure how it works in Windows, but on the mac the iTunes libraries are separated based on who is logged in to the computer. If you're logged in, it shows your library, is she is, it will show hers. If I remember correctly on the mac at least, you have the option of showing the other person's library at the same time as well, but it's not default.

it's the same way on a PC, as long as she's logged into her ID, she'll only see her library and visa versa
