Some of their stuff can get old fast, but every now and again they'll say something that makes me laugh so hard I cry and have trouble seeing to drive. And since I usually listen to them while driving over a mountain, it makes it hard to make the turns sometimes. Hopefully I never fall off the side of the mountain as a result!! | |

Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: Left Coast | Even O&A had slow shows...more so it took me a few shows to begin to understand their inside humor. Same goes with these guys, there are inside jokes. Additionally it is their own style of humor, not everyone will think it is funny, but it is honest, and not watered down by corp sponsors.
Just about everything said on the show is said in jest or in sarcasm.
A lot of that stuff is just 3 guys BS'ing....sometimes they struggle for material...if the show is boring, I just ffwd to the next show...but it is like having 3 friend talking trash during my commute.
They have gotten progressively better in the time that I have listened to them. For a show that is is a free, community based podcast they do a great job, better than many paid shows that I have listened to.
There are some shows that have made me laugh so hard that I have been in tears....but it definitely isn't for everyone. He chewed gum into the micrphone for an entire show, just to piss off the fans that had complained about him doing it briefly on another show...annoying as hell, I didn't listen to the entire show, but when you think about iit that is a great joke. It is a free, well produced podcast, and I will keep listening.
