For those who have made the switch...

All those people had the original iPhone and switched to the 3G iphone, what are your guys' thoughts? Was it worth it or was it not really? Why?

I didn't make the upgrade but here are my thoughts as a 3G owner.

I've had my little baby for a month now and I love it. The two big things that the 3G phone has over the old one is 3G and GPS. If you're a big internet browser and don't have common access to wifi, then it may be worth the upgrade. And GPS is cool, but probably not upgrade-worthy on its own. There are other minor things. The form has changed (i.e. the backing is now curved), which I think makes it nicer to hold. The things I love are the things that came with any iPhone and the 2.0 software.
