| Free HD DVD's when you buy a Toshiba HDDVD Player! Toshiba is offering 3 free HD DVD's when you buy any toshiba HD DVD player between 11/1/06 and 2/28/07. Here is a LINK to the PDF rebate form from one online merchant who carries Toshiba players.
Came across this one last night while looking for deals on the HDA1 and figured I would pass it on. Enjoy!

| Good deal if you haven't picked up a player yet. I already own all but three titles in the list. I wouldn't be able to pick one from each group. Although I'm still on the fence about replacing my A1. I know I can get it from BB for $40 witha 12% off coupon, so if I could geta decent amount for my A1 and the reviews are good for the A2 I just might do it. Or I also might just strat using the DVD addon instead of the A1. I guess I'll find out next week.

Yes. They are supposed to be much quicker than the A1 although the 360 add on is the fastest.
The A1 takes a while to boot up and play. I think the A2 is supposed to have cut the time in half or better.

| yeah, that's one of the downfalls of the A1, but I have solved that somewhat by just leaving my unit on.
It cuts down that boot up time. The load time is still a little lengthy but, that's alright.
I am interested in checking out the A2 if it's got the same video and audio quality!

Unfortuntely, I need the original UPC from the Toshiba box, which I didn't get when I bought the open box unit from Sears. So I can't take advantage of this offer.
That is, unless someone has the box lying around and wouldn't mind letting me "borrow" the UPC.
