The size of the display is just icing on the cake.
This may sound like hyperbole, but after seeing this display, every single plasma and LCD at the show looked like yesterday's news. I thought the picture below was particularly impressive, and I can attest that it looked far more realistic in person. The only caveat I have is that the lighting conditions at CES are terrible, so take that into consideration.

JVC (I believe), also had a new set out. It had a 240:1 aspect ratio.  | |
