how did I do?

So I decided to X the idea of a projector becuase of our living arrangments at the moment and in the near future. Instead I picked up the RCA M50WH74. So far, I am in love with it. I have yet to watch any HD content, other than me whoppin a** in burnout. I am going to DL the superman HD off of XBL tonight I think, just to check it out. I did a couple days worth of research but nothing compared to what some people do. I couldn't find a whole lot about it, seems like a relatively new set. How did I do HT guys?

The HT buying rule of thumb is never ask how you did after a purchase. Do your research and then be content or you'll drive yourself nuts.

Haha.. yeah, Alter and Dmill speak the truth. There will always be something latest and greatest and more expensive no matter how bleeding edge you go. Looks like you got a great TV and if you got it for a price that you are comfortable with then you should definitely be happy!

After all, if it looks good to you and you don't think you paid too much for it, that's all that matters!! And if it makes you an even better driver on PG3, we're all screwed!! haha.

Well thanks for um...yeah. I think I did buy a good set and got a decent price for it. I was asking on the TV though. I guess I will find out huh.

It has defentitaly helped my driving skills Peench. You have no idea all the little things you miss on 27" TV haha.

You think PGR is exciting. Try playing Burnout on a 27". I played at a friends house and after 10 minutes called it quits. He then asked if I would rather play splitscreen.

Action shot. I know, the camera blows. I love the set though. It found about 40 1080HD channels that I never had before. Pretty sweet.

Thanks guys. I don't have much space in the living arrangment right now, so I was limited at the time of purchase. When we get into the next place, I will have a dedicated HT room and this TV will be the little ladys. I'm more of a projection guy myself, but I am simply amazed at this RCA. Not only is the picture great, but the sound system on that thing pretty much blows my surround out of the water.

There was a post up in the local paper a couple days ago about a new mobile & home audio maker. Check them out, http://www.edesignaudio.com/ I use to be the lead installer at a audio shop that closed down about 20 minutes from where there located. I'm not trying to build myself or the shop I worked for up, but you have to have some serious talent to stay in that kind of business around here. Our shop was in business for 12 years and we NEVER saw sales like these guys have obtained in just one year. I am really looking forward to trying out there product, and hopefully trying to join the team. I will let you guys know how they perform, becuase the price on most of there stuff is defentaly going to be hard to beat.
