HDMI to RCA(composite)?

Is this even possible?

I am looking to convert HDMI (or DVI) and possible even component video to composite video...don't ask why......I have way to much %$%$& time off right now and I keep thinking up these interesting and expensive little projects.

If it works I will post about it.
