Getting ready for Football season

I hate to wish the summer away but September 7th can't get here fast enough. As some of you may know I look forward to my Sundays watching NFL Football and I have at least 4 Tv's going. This year I've decided to upgade a bit. Last year I had my 55" Mits, 26" Samsung LCD, and 2 standard 19" tv's. This year I'm getting rid of the 2 19" tv's and adding 2 Dynex 32" LCD's and two more DTV HD Receivers.

Just got the Receivers in the mail today , going to get eveything up and running this weekend, can't wait till September.




PS: Info on the dynex LCD's. I'm only using these for football season so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Best buy has them for $489.00. I picked one up last week just to get it home and check it out. I connected it to my Direct Tv Hd receiver in my basement via HDMI and once I got the settings where I wanted them the picture was amazingly good. The picture look every bit as good as my 26: Samsung LCD. It didn't look as good with my 360 but I won't be using my 360 on it anyway.

i plan my Sundays around fball, and i'm with you, it's bittersweet for me. I love me some summer, but i also love football so bring it on!

The wife and I were watching the Red Sox game on the Mtiz and the Olympics on one 32" and Preseason Football on the other 32" the other night. She said to me, how come the 32" LCD's look so much better then the Big Screen? Which they do , cleaner picture, better colors. I really had no answer except to say, maybe next year we upgrade the big screen to either LCD, Plasma.
