'Rate Games' section won't stay collapsed

Is it me? Or, is there an issue keeping the new 'Rate Games' section in a collapsed state?

Do you collapse often because you are old? Or have you had problems with your knees?

Yeah, it happens all the time.

I can collapse the section, but when I leave the site and come back after a period of time, it's no longer collapsed. No other section has this issue, from my experience.

Hm. Very odd. Someone with more technical prowess than me will have to comment. I can barely use my mouse and keyboard consistently.
