loading pages
im having a heck of a time getting posts to open. I can start a new thread with no problem, but when i want to look at another post is just sits in a crazy loop. I think my system protection is causing it what do you guys think? I dont know protection i have since im at work.

possibly. Could be the server too. Did you try rebooting? Is this something that occurs every time you visit or just the one time?

Just got it to work thank you i think its just the protection softwhere they use here since it lets me in now and i cant do everthing else the firewall goes down about this time to i need to do it from home.

Yeah, it's the protection software you have; you can go into options here on the site and make it so you can't see anyone's sigs & stuff like that - it may help speed it up a bit.
After a while though it'll just be a normal page load time, either way.

What takes long to load, for me, is the gamercards. If those didn't have to load everytime, pages would load much quicker.

Thanks that might help because whatever the program they use it doesnt like images. So i tried it well see tonight when i go back to work if it likes it. |

That didnt work it still blocks or wont load, but this time i did notice that it flashes xbox on the status bar and has blocked after that. Just over and over again and never loads.

Is there anyway to block those or no? are they not part of the signatures?

I don't believe the cards can be blocked out on an individual basis, as I've asked about that in the past. I think they're an add-in to the forum software, instead of a selectable function like the photos and signatures. That add-in would have to be completely removed.

You may also try firefox with adblock plugin and then "adblock" all of the images you don't want to see. Welcome aboard btw!  |
