Tupac007 has an emac, OS 10 he thinks. Problem, he gets session timed out & kicked from internet after about 3-4 minutes. Also wont let him do his online banking. Any ideas? If he was on PC I'd figure security settings but I'm no Mac expert. Thanks for any help. I'll pass along anything you guys suggest.

A) What kind of connection? (dial-up, broadband, wireless?)

B) What browser is he using? (Safari, Firefox, or IE?)

C) What is his bank account number and PIN?

Anything besides C will help.

I've never seen a session timed out error on general web pages, although that will happen when you're using online banks since they don't want that page open without it being used.
