Custom Powerups

Any idea what the custom power ups are for, and how to use them?

There's a setting when making a custom game on what powers your custom power up gets. Like combo things like overshield/health/speed boost. Pretty much what you want. But it's defined in the game type not the forge. Forge is just for placement.
