| Share your best Halo MP moment So, I'm playing last night with a group, and Jordykins is coming at me fast. I'm hurting from a previous battle, so I throw down a bubble shield. He keeps rushing me, so I know it's going to be over quickly. I toss a plasma right on his face as he kills me. In the meantime, Lord Geoff comes running behind me to get one of his patented kill steals. He runs forward, and the plasma blast takes out both of them.
So, I end up with 4 medals at one time; one sticky, one double kill, and two deaths from the grave. Recognize!
Who else has a story to share?

| My best Halo moment was putting it in it's case, putting that in the LE stand, and putting that in my closet. Never to be played again. | |

My best moment is probably a single shot double-kill with the sniper rifle. I've actually gotten luck enough to do it twice... once on Guardian, which I'm happier about, and once on the Narrows (less impressive, I'm sure it happens alot-- even triples-- on that map). Other than that, I'm falling in love with the stickies. There's just something fun about sticking someone. My favorite stick so far is sticking Val and Causedawg's mongoose on Valhalla. It was a fun one b/c I heard them coming and ducked behind a rock and waited for them to come by, sticking the wheel as soon as they came around the corner. The rotation on that wheel was awesome looking with the sticky on it... for a few seconds.

Not really a moment, but, I think my best MP experience was when I first played Pinball on Snowbound. Nothing in particular, but what a fun gametype! VIP Rockets is next in line.

But this iteration didn't really scratch my shooter itch like I thought it would. Maybe it's because I don't have as much time to play as I did when Halo 2 came out, I don't know. This game evolves, and if you don't play it for a few days, it's almost like you are playing a different game. Also, the Halo GP is god-awful, and Halo fanboys annoy me.
The Campaign was great though.... [/Keezy]

I would have to say that when we played team GoO on rocketrace, it was enjoyable when I was driving a go-kart around for no reason, and Epyon kept jumping on my back for the hell of it and beating me on the back of my head... then i'd leap off and try to swoop in behind him to beat him down from behind. We did that over and over until the match ended, and it was strangely fun.
Also, sneaking up behind Wonder and Quo's Wraith, jumping on the back, and slipping them a "plasma enema" as Quo called it to end thier Wraith Reign was also a hell of a lot of fun.
Finally, the capture the flag match between team LMS and the Facemelters was an extremely close one and also a lot of fun.
There are pictures of all of these on the halo pictures thread, and that's probably why I remember them all.

It was great to hear the doofuses complaining about how "gay" oddball is. I got a good chuckle out of it anyway. I'm rarely the guy at the top of the list, so it was nice to take pwnership for once!

| Haha nice Quo sounds like a similar experience I had around the first week of the launch. I went into lone wolves and played Oddball on Isolation. No one new what the hell was going on and it turned into a free for all slayer. I think I had the ball for the first 25 seconds uncontested.
I easily took that win people, would kill the ball carrier but leave the ball. I spent a good amount of time just running around with the ball watching the bullets fly.

I was watching from a cross-fire position and it reminded me of the old carnival-style shoot the ducky game.
