Anyone able to download the H3 beta from Crackdown?

Server slam maybe? If some are able to download it, the Crackdown servers may be overwhelmed... who knows.

Do you have to sit there and keep updating the screen or something or can you set it to download the update when it comes available? Gee whiz it'd be lame to have to sit there and watch the dang screen, waiting for it to not be grayed out...

it is definately problem with the game, went on bunjie forums, they say the rule of three pl can use it but we are waiting for the crackdown fix

Nice! Maybe when we download the beta, Crackdown will scan the HD upon next boot and erase all unnecessary files except the beta

going to the bungie.net website, it shows their timer until the public beta as 5 hours and 10 minutes from now.... Strange.

People keep posting on Bungie about how they think Crackdown isn't very good. I really enjoyed it and I just realized I have more achievements in Crackdown than any other game. I guess I was spending alot of time playing it. I spent more time than with Gears of War.

Microsoft is aware that some users are having difficulty downloading the “Halo 3” multiplayer beta via “Crackdown.” Bungie Studios is working with the Xbox LIVE team to resolve this as quickly as possible – stay tuned.
