its a really great thought but unless there is a common library for creating such things you would never be able to get everyone to build it in similar enough manners for any system to record disparate games reliably, just like the party concept (private lobbies as I understand it) that could be best created by xbox live to be game agnostic, or unless the common Design Kit had a method of creating it the databases would have to be massaged for every new game and that would be quite the undertaking. I am not saying impossible but i have worked for some companies who did data massaging and conversion and it always becomes quite a pain.

Interesting points Grife. That's why we need standards!

I wonder how the replay feature will work, and how much of it we will be able to do in the Beta. They mentioned that it was watered down... I wonder how much so.

That remake of Zanzibar looks absolutely amazing. I cannot wait!

I don't know, the graphics don't look much better then Halo 2... I was thinking we would get a real next gen title. Hopefully the beta will excite me more.

Not impressed graphically but hey if they get it at 60fps then I'll be ok with the graphics like that. I'll take gameplay over extra detailed textures any day.

If you look at some of the textures on Zanzibar v2, they look amazing. I think that the game will look great even in beta, and will look amazing come November.
