Beta Check In (Crippler check in)

Here's the thing... I went back to the site a few days ago, and clicked register (even though I thought I already had). I signed in and it said congrats, thanks for registering. All I wanted to know was what email it would go to. I'm hoping I didn't register twice or something. Maybe I didn't register way back when... Anyway, congrats Crippler.

Yeah, I did get both. The 48hr one was about 2 hrs before the invite one. So, not sure what to make of that. I'm surprised no one else here has gotten the invite though. It may have been the Zune. Sending messages back to the MS mothership. Don't know.

Apaprently I haven't deep fried enough squirrels to be admitted into the Beta yet.

So far we have Crip & that's it. That's amazing, Crip is a Halo junkie though so I can't be mad.

I registered but I really, really doubt there's any way someone like me would get in unless it's totally random. I didn't play much Halo or Halo 2, and the stats at Bungie would prove that out.

Looking forward to whatever info you can legally dole out...

I have a feeling that the "private" part of the beta is bull. I'm willing to bet between 3 and 7 dollars that everyone who registered, gets in.

The Power of 3 POE is pretty useless, I didn't think there was 13,333 360 owners play Halo 2.

What is promising is that you have to play Halo 2 on the 360, so that eliminates all of the non-360 Halo players.

I think the phase Crippler got into is the phase where they can pick and choose who they want in, while the rest is based on luck. I guess Crippler was more qualified than any of us, even if some of us are eventually selected.

Crippler, you've changed since you've gotten into the Beta. Thinks he's better than us.

I wouldn't stress it, we're all going to be playing the Beta while drinking bawls and team-killing.

Now, if Biffco gets in and I don't, we have some problems.

Imagine the impact PGL would have on the Halo 3 multiplayer. So many team-killings will surely have some effect on the final product. Hell, they'll probably just call it "Getting Peench'd" in that multiplayer voice.
