When TU2 goes live next week we fully expect a crazy period in Matchmaking. I should have taken today off. I have to work til 5, then I have to go to open house at my Daughter's school tonight. The achievement whore in me is anxious to get crackin' on these bad boys

Your ranks are intact, the global ranks just aren't displayed in the lobby any more.

How does this new system differ from the previous ranking framework?

Tyson: The nice thing is that it doesn’t change any of the old ratings—your prior accomplishments remain fully intact. When you’re sitting in a playlist lobby, you will see the new rating symbols instead of the old global ones, but your global rating is still front-and-center in your service record.

Yeah, I saw that once I hit the Service Record. But, in the first game I played, while sitting in the pregamelobby (.com), there was no rank displayed. But, once the game was finished, I "earned" the rank of Recruit. And, that was displayed in the 2nd game I played.

So far I think the update is working well, the servers havent seemed to be too out of wack.
