how to get heli

So do you ever get brucies chopper when ever you want it? Like I can call brucie and go for a ride but will I ever be able to just go hop in it and go when ever I want it, like you could in sanandreas....or was that in vice city?..... anyway if you do eventualy get it whenever you want it what missions should I do for that? Should I focus on main missions or brucies missions?

Get him up to 75% (I think) and you can call him, but he flies the copter not you. Really not any better than the car service from Roman.

ohhhh that kinda sucks. I was hoping it would just be on a roof somewhere {preferably a safe house roof} and I could just go get it when ever I wanted it.

If you go to the L shaped pier on the south east corner of Algonquin there are heli tours and you can steal those choppers whenever you want. You barely ever get a wanted level for it and they are there almost 100 percent of the time. If you are ever online I will show you where I am talking about in free mode if you send me a friend request or party invite.

yeah ive been there I just figured it would be like a 4 star wanted level. If I ever get a safe house close to that it might be handy but most of the time its too far out of the way.

You eventually do get one but not for a while but it is worth it when you really need a heli and I have only gotten a wanted level stealing those once and that was because I shot the pilot.
