Opening up Cities
At what point in the game do the other cities open up. I drove up to a bridge that was blocked off by cops. I got out of my car and walked through the barrier and they opened fire on me. When will I be able to access these places on the map? What do I have to do to get them open?

It's most likely story driven as to when the other areas of the city become open to free roam in the single player. So I keep plugging away at missions.
