BTW, i just wanted to thank everyone who joined in last night on GTA Online, that was a blast & a 1/2. We had a full room for a long time, and the games we played where hilarious. I was sucking sooooo bad at the racing, The boats, helicopters, then the cannon ball run. Im sorry that most of you probably had to watch me get lapped by people who already finished the race. Cant wait to hop on later tonight, but ill probably be trying to stick to shooting, until i learn how to fly that copter properly.

See you all online later tonight, btw only one person was not on GTA last night when i got on and he wasnt a PGLer. PICKLE & PROPHET go pick up GTA you losers.

Yea, it fun times. Some quirky stuff, but fun. I couldn't believe I got stuck on the wall, AND couldn't get out of the car in that one race, LOL.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact people kept dropping out. I was dropped and when Botmann sent me another invite it wouldn't let me join the room, anyone else having trouble with this?

Yeah, the dropped players was kind of annoying, but every minute I was in this it was a total blast! I can't wait for more tonight!

Right when I came on and popped the disc in I got several invites. At this rate I will never even actually start the single player mission!!

The little bit I played last night was fun, I'm just going to have to get used to the annoying "grain" during multiplayer.

Sorry for not accepting your invites last night, but I was having such a good time with the sp that I just wanted to keep playing. I am literally blown away by this game.

Best moment for me: being chased by cops, I hit a wall at mach-hair-on-fire & go through the window... My body hits the wall of a building, and JUST as it hits the wall, a cop car's front bumpber smashes my melon like a walnut & kills me instantly. WOW

Yeah Ditto for me. I was totally lost playing the mafia game mode (it was my first MP game) but the heavy truck race (armored car, ice cream truck) was a blast.

Sorry for all of the random invites everyone. I was just spamming b/c I couldn't keep track of who was in the room and who wasn't. We had a full room most of the night. It was a blast.

Towards online, it's cool if the host is dropped the game keeps going; I believe the game picks who would be the best person to host (I assume with the lowest pin for the most people). But I don't like that every online achievement is linked to ranked matches.

I just don't do ranked games - ever.

Questions about MP: can you just 'free roam' for as long as you want, or does every MP mode have a time limit? And do you always have to be in the same vicinity, or can one person be doing their thing on one side of the map while the other person (or people) are doing theirs somewhere else?

The modes have a limit set by the host (it can be time, money earned, etc). However, Free roam has no limit. So you can do either.

I'll play MP as soon as I can put down the SP........which is strange for me to play SP, as you can tell by my gammer score but this game is great. I never skip any of the cut sceens because there so good ,but I'll eventualy play some MP sounds like fun.

Yeah, Ive found out that it occasionally (quite a bit) just drops the Host for no DAMNED REASON! so freaking annoying since you dont go back to a selection menu you go right back to the SP gameplay and the loading is like 20-25 seconds each time.

Oh and the games we played Yesterday were pretty sweet. And i found out that in a Ranked game, Car Jack City helps get you the most money, but you should have a team of 3, 4, or 5. We tried getting into a ranked Car jack city with like 7 people, Thats way too many for a team tahts why no one would join. it works great with a low number especially 4 players. Im getting pretty good at that mode too, and even better with the driving. Fun times ahead, lets keep the ball rolling.

Actually, I think i was long gone before everyone started MP (getting my scuba cert and had to watch the damn dvd lol)

Anyway - all I'm sayin is that you b*tches better not have a dance party w/o me!!!
