| Make sure you link your gamertag to Ubi.com Dmiller and I tried to access more than a few games tonight and got an error: "the server is using downloadable content that you do not have." We couldn't figure it out until we noticed that we had to (1) create a new user account at Ubi.com, and (2) link that ubi account to your gamertag.
This is kinda cool if they are going to be doing stat tracking a la Halo2. What bothers me is that the sole reason we were not able to join any of the games is because we had not downloaded the content. So basically if ANYONE has downloaded the content and you try to play with them (I guess regardless of whether they are playing on that map) you MUST link your account to ubi.com.
I hate to say it, but that seems a bit sneaky to me. Basically the way it is set up is that you cannot play with ANY of your friends if they have downloaded the map unless you download it too. What do you all think about that?

| Yeah, I ran into that same error last night. I went and downloaded the Nowhere map and then joined up. | |

| You sign up at Ubi (or from Graw2) and then you link it by doing the ingame option thinggie on Graw2. I can't remember what the option is called (Download new maps or something to that effect). | |

| I did not use my gamertag. Instead I used my junkmail email account. Tracking stats? I cannot get the game to run without locking up for it to matter. | |

| Dang, that sucks. I haven't had any lockups yet (knock on wood not related to ghost), but for most people who have experienced game lockups, it was a sign of impending 360 failure. | |

I'll be super pissed if down the road they come up with a "pay for" map that you have to d/l from them & the same thing happens - meaning if you want to game with anyone who has paid, you'll have to as well.
Dirty little Ubi. I'm gonna kick you in the nuts.

| Not sure if that happened with GRAW 1, but I do recall that people couldn't even get into rooms with other people if they had the paid for maps in rotation. Not sure if it was GRAW or COD2 though. | |
