PGLers,
These first few months have been a great learning experience for us. Needless to say, our best customers have been PGLers. I don't think we could have ever anticipated the amount of fraud that we've encountered, and it's great to have a customer base of PGLers who pay their monthly fees, return the games they are finished with, and aren't trying to scam us out of hundreds of dollars worth of games.
We were thinking about offering a discount for the 2008 calendar year, but have decided to change it to a permanent lifetime discount instead. The new discount can be obtained by e-mailing me at
matt@getyourgamez.com and it will grant you 10% off your monthly subscription fees for as long as you have a membership with us, and you must be an
active PGL member. We will also continue to provide excellent pricing on games that you have rented that would like to purchase outright.
We understand that this is not the same as the 15% initial PGL discount, but we wanted to make sure that those of you who were with us from the very beginning, through all of the growing pains, received a little something extra.
