Where do the games ship from and are you able to purchase the rentals like you can with Gamefly?

I'll let AZ answer officially, but unofficially - they ship from Arizona and you can purchase the games you have rented.

The funny thing is, when I first read the topic I thought - dayum, I can't believe they sold their business?!? Then after I checked it out I immediately thought of Anthrax:

And Peench is correct. We ship from AZ and purchasing a rented game is always an option. The system may not indicate it initially, but our customers just notify us that they'd like to buy a game, and we set them up. So far everyone has been very happy with the pricing.

Any game rental site (or movie rental site) that allows you to purchase the game gets huge points in my book. If that site has prices competitive with my local Gamestop, they secure the victory. I've purchase two games already and both times the price is super competitive with Gamestop. Gamefly is the same way in pricing. Other companies are not as competitive, though Gamerang will lower the price if you ask them about it (their Keep It price usually is full retail, but I can usually get for the used price upon asking).

Just so the owners know, I tend to buy quite a bit of what I rent. Not always, but I tend to be a try before I buy person. Only on rare exceptions - Madden and GTA usually - do I buy it without renting. It'd be nice to see this built into the site someday. Click, pay, and be on your way.

I'd highly recommend them, Wormhole. The service is great and turn around is quick. Even to VA, I'm sure.

Yeah, it's usually 2 days to VA for me. They ship it Monday night, I get it Wednesday. I've never had to wait longer than 3 days during the week for one(Sunday does get in the way sometimes). And the "Buy it now" prices are competitive as hell, always less then what I remember GameFly charging.
