My first experience with a game rental company

Yes, with our very own Get Your Gamez. First off they know their customer service. While only recently started, they are nailing down issues and addressing customer concerns very quickly! I have multiple consoles and wanted to see what console I had rented a particular game for. When I asked it wasn't a feature. That night, it was!

I set up my account (very easily mind you) and once I got started choosing games it was hard to stop. It was like Christmas shopping! I added 10 some odd titles to my queue and figured I would be waiting a while to get them. Nope.

I'm in California and Get Your Gamez is in Arizona. I had my games in 2 days from the afternoon I set up my account to when I got them in the mail. It was nice to have them for the weekend as I wasn't expecting them until Monday. I set up my account and my queue on the 20th and had my games by the 22nd.

Thanks for all the complements guys. This first month has been a lot of fun. We're learned so much about this side of the business, and we've definitely had some bumps in the road. Luckily, those affected (especially Cujo ) have been very patient as we worked out some of the hiccups.

Thankfully, after our first month of doing this, I think we've got the set-up working really well, and hopefully it will be smooth sailing from here on out.

I know I've said it before, but thank you very much to all of the PGLers who are giving us a shot. We greatly appreciate your business!

When i am finally through the games i have sitting around right now, mostly due to a recent re-addiction to WoW, and I am in need of game rentals I will be signing up. seems a no brainer with a company whose Acronym makes me think Gyggity.

Sweet! So do you personally distribute the games? If you do, I gotta hand it to you. That's a daunting task! And the fact that you got them out so quickly! Over at GF, The Darkness is listed as a very long wait. Not at GetYourGamez!

Thanks for the kind words Brad! At this point we distribute everything personally. It can be challenging at times, especially trying to locate a tough to find game for a customer. But, it also allows us to get the games out as quickly as possible. We're extremely focused on customer service, and turnaround times seem to be the key. Plus, I don't think those folks at "that other company" will go on a massive search to find a game for a customer. "Long wait" just isn't an option for us.
