Quick Q guys, How many copies of each game do ya keep in stock? Cus my current rental only has like 1 or 2 of each lol, Can be a nightmare getting a good game I just rent the old easy GS games for the time being due to it.

Yeah, sorry Dom; thanks for considering us though! To answer your question for anyone else who might be interested, it really depends on how popular the game is in terms of our inventory. If it's an older game, we may only keep a few in. But, if it's something like that game coming out on September 25th, we'll have a bunch of them in stock.

Also, if someone rents a game that we don't currently have in stock, we canvas the Phoenix area until we find a copy. We don't want our customers to have to wait!

Nps lads. I was gonna use you guys as my rental services if It was UK/International Based tis a shame. I use swapgame atm they pretty quick at getting em to me but suck at the stock issues. Got a list of 30games for example. no 1-10 never sent out since i begun lol,allways the least important games Im after that come out to me.

Fix or add the purchase tab. I have been trying to purchase my copy of Forza with no luck as of yet. Also, get new freaking envelopes. Your disc was sent back to you after the cover slip was ripped off in transit... but have no fear, the dumbass postal service sent me the cover in a clear envelope with an apology attached for losing the rest of my package. Did you know they handle billions of pieces of mail a day with no problem?

Needless to say, it's been an interesting first week for us. We've got some new mailers on order that will eliminate this issue. Cujo, thanks so much for your patience with this as we work out the bugs. We overnighted your remaining game so you will have it tomorrow. And, I'll be raising holy hell tomorrow with our web folks to get the "buy it now" option fixed. You'll be getting a smoking discount!

Gotta love the post office for sending out that "package." Jerks...

the site looks great guys, I left my last rental service *cough gamefly cough* for slow mailing, especially cause i live in the midwest and it seems like only the west coast gets love. so im wondering if there's a way to get an estimation of turn around time

Hey Neo,
Thanks for the comments about the site. We have shipped games out to the East Coast in 3 - 4 business days so unless you live in a rural area in the midwest, I can't see that it should take any longer than that to get to you. The only real issue we seen so far is our 2-way mailers and the Post Office. I guess they are getting pretty beat up. We are working to change that so it should get better. Hope that helps answer some stuff for you. Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Neo, we've also got a pretty cool setup on the site that allows you to view the games that you have out and click on "Mark as returned." This feature alerts us that your game is being sent back to us, and allows us to send the next game in your queue immediately. This cuts down on the shipping time because the games will cross in the mail, and we don't have to wait to receive your game back before sending the next one out.

Is there any possibility that you could add a que to the games you want, I generally am wanting specific games so i keep my lists small, if there was a number to reference it would be awesome!

Thanks for the suggestion! We are toying with some ideas as far as how to show inventory levels on the site. We will have a "short wait" icon ready shortly.

As of right now, if you see it on the site, it's available. The only exception to this would be games that are coming out soon, that customers want to add to their queues.

Do you guys have like a WHole list of Not Released games you can look through and Que Before they come out.

Like if i know im not buying a game exactly when it comes out, and it comes out Jan.1 2008 can i still add to que or a wishlist?

This kind of helps you guys out Estimate how many copies of a game you should get when it comes out for the customers.

Just wondering if you guys also have that feature on the site.

Great suggestion! Right now we are trying to limit what we put on the site to anything coming out in the next 2 or 3 months. But, that is definitely something that is worth looking into. Anything that will help us estimate how many copies we'll need will be helpful.
