Great service

This is a great service. Pretty much a two-day turnaround, once my game arrives back (can't wait for the rapid return feature to be added). Until I have rapid return, GameFly still beats out GYG by a day. Rapid return should allow GYG to beat GameFly by a day. Amazing, considering I'm in Northern California. One would think that being closer to So. Cal. would make the difference, but it doesn't. Now, should GameFly or GYG open a DC in NorCal -- well, next day would be wonderful.

Is it really true that I can buy games I rent. Sent an e-mail to customer service. Want to keep the WSOP game I rented. Don't want to drive to the next city over to by it, if I can get it for the right price from GYG (and a copy I know is clean and working). A Keep It button would be an awesome addition.

Oh, BTW, a rival company (RPRGames.com) looks to be using the same envelopes. Hopefully GYG can get one that will show their unique branding, but no biggie otherwise.

That's interesting about the mailers. It's a catch 22 for us. On one hand, we would like to have specific mailers for our company. But, we've encountered some issues with theft, so more "generic" mailers seem to be working. Still something that we're considering though.

I wouldn't put Games/Gamez on the envelope. Perhaps just using your logo (GYG) would be all that is necessary. My guess is that a thief pretty much can figure out what is there anyway, as the mailers used by just about every company nowadays are pretty standard (it's either a movie, game, or audiobook).

Something that does not reveal what is inside, but still gives you brand identity would be nice.
