New shipping method

We have recently changed the way that we are sending out our games. Unfortunately we have experienced a bunch of cracked games being returned to us. After finally understanding how the postal system works, it turns out that our mailers were being sent out as standard first class mail. That means that they were run through machines on conveyor belts that turn along their route. So, it's lucky that we didn't have more games get cracked!

So, we are now sending them out as non-machinable, hand-held shipments. This means a slightly larger shipping cost to us, but it's going to be well worth it. You won't see any delays in shipping. But, we are curious to learn how the games arrive, the condition of the envelopes, etc. Drop me a PM or an e-mail when you get a chance and let me know. Thanks!

Sounds good AZ! Some newer games that I rented from you guys had a couple scratches on them. They worked fine but the old shipping method was probably responsible.

that probably explains the mailers falling apart that i spoke with you about

any chance on getting the post office to reimburse you for the damaged games?

Exactly. We sent a brand new PS3 Hot Shots Golf (I mean literally brand new; I went out and paid retail pricing so I could get it out to the customer and ship it that day) and it arrived with a huge crack in it, obviously not playable. We do our best to take good care of every game and we always inspect each one before it ships. In this case, there's nothing the postal service can do, so we were out 60 bucks. Argh!

Its "Irresponsible" GOTCHA BACK FOOLIO!

Good News guys, at least you found out what was cracking the cds, it might be more expensive, but will save you time and money in the long run due to less cracks.

as it is one of the game covers i got was torn almost all the way off, so when i send back the game its gonna be heavily taped so it wont fallout, Thats just my love to you guys.

yea i work in fedex, and if post office is anything like fedex, that's a good thing you guys did because the truck unloaders throw everything with disregard to how delicate the item might be

Woo! This would explain some superficial scratches on my most recent games discs. The scratches came off with an electronic wipe, but it was a bit strange. I thought the scratches were caused by all the curly hair that is in my envelopes, I guess that's something else entirely.
