Is there still a marked as returned button? I just mailed back my first rentals to you today. I looked everywhere on my account and games page and can't find it anywhere.

Did I just miss something, is it gone, or was it never there?

They only add that for PGL members if I remember right. Usually they will after a month of service I think. Just sent AZ a pm or email contact GYG form their contact page on their site.

Sorry about that 2Times, I believe I activated Rapid Return on your account now, we had a couple of people from Texas sign up right around the time you signed up, so be sure you see the "Mark as Return" button on your account. Otherwise I activated it for someone else from TX.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I'm not in a hurry to get the next set of games. I read this post and thought I was losing it. I looked back and forth all over the page, going crazy because I thought I just overlooked it.

"Mark as returned" is going to set you guys apart in the business. Once you guys get more DCs up and running, increase inventory, etc., you guys will be the leaders.

Just make sure that as you grow, you two hire CSRs who are as gracious and courteous as the two of you. That is something that the competition lacks in a big way.

One thing that would actually be cool as you grow and are unable to handle all the CS issues personally, would be to assign a personal CSR to each customer. Of course, we current customers get grandfathered in to have the two of you as our personal CSRs.
