A quick question and a hello

First, I'd like to say hi....so hi!
Secondly, lets say I have this "friend" who is 19, but is really fed up with 12 year olds in halo 3 and talking about how they played halo since they were 7 :/ .... could he still play with you guys?

you can always invite him to games you are playing with fellow PGLers and go from there. Unfortunately, the new TOS says new members need to be 21 or older. So if the PGL moderaters get to know him, they may be able to grant an exception.

I'm sure your friend is a good person, but there have been some issues in the past, which have 21 age limit was imposed and enforced.

No exceptions are expected to be granted. One must be at least 21 years old to join PGL. BUT, that's not to say that person is not worth playing with on XBL. Said person should send out a few invites, but if he is the original poster of this thread, then he lied to get in. Not cool, and not worthy of being added to my Friends List. Hope that answers your questions.
