| 2008 kawasaki ninja 250 I know some of you are into motorcycles. But after, approximately, twenty years, Kawasaki has done some redesign of the bike. The bike is being debuted in Paris on Friday, which appears to be today. From the initial reports, updated looks, bit more power, bigger wheels, and a few other improvements. One this is for sure, the bike looks a lot better. Motorcycle News link official kawasaki site
if you just want some general info on the ninja 250, there is a site specific for it from the 250 enthuestist: Ninja 250
Of course, this is not some supersport bike, so don't think of using it to race a hybusa. It is a great learner or commuter bike. It's been selling extremely well for the last twenty years.

2005 Yamaha R1, 90 in first gear will get the adrenaline flowing nicely

| Well, I may have my m1 license (in california, haveing the M1 lets you drive anything with two wheels), but I lack experience and a bike. I was considering getting the Ninja 250 to learn on, but with the new looks, it's a lot more attractive, and a lot less desire to bump up to a 600cc as quickly.
I have riden a 2006 Ninja 250. I got to ride a brand new 250 for the MSF course. The bike literally only had 10 miles on it when I saddle it up. It's a fun little bike. And you have to admit, with the 50 to 75 mpg it gets, makes it a great commuter bike.
Nice wheels Raven1. 90 in first gear, I can believe it. How many speeding tickets you get on two wheels thus far? My biggest worry since I've gotten four of them, that I can think of off the top of my head, with four wheels while only been driving for 18 years, LOL. That doesn't count the few times pullover for warnings, LOL. And I've never driven a fancy sports car, LOL.
The two cars I like best are the blue or black, with the black looking the sexiest. Although, I would like to see a nice white. I just like white autos for some reason. It should be noted, every car I have or had is white, LOL.

| the bikes says two things, "I like to scare the poop out of myself" and "ladies underpants have problems staying up." LOL. Just remember, chics dig scars, they dig bikes, but they don't dig scars from bikes, LOL. | |

| LOL, if it was on that bike above, that would have been easily defeatable since there is nothing that distingiushes it from most R1s.
The best story I heard was from one of my coworkers. It should be noted, he don't like riding on the freeways. Anyway, he was going home at night, and was doing about 100mph. He past some cop, lights went on, and he opened her up. He said he was hitting about 150mph when he put it in sixth gear, LOL. He got away that night. The next day, cop pulls him over, and says he knew it was him the night before. He had a broken tail light. He didn't bust him for the speeding and evading police since he wasn't caught the nigh before. But the cop wrote him up for everything he could at that moment, LOL.
