Hm... that's an interesting concept. I wonder if there's a way to track time spent on the site. I know we can look at averages, but I don't know if it tracks per user. I will look into it (with my minimal knowledge of the back end stuff) and see.
We did have post counters, but they were an invitation to people to post nonsense just to vie for the top post counter. I like the time spent idea though.
