I am sure we have some wrestling fans in here. I was totally shocked when I heard this news yesterday, even more shocked it was a murder suicide. Here is the link

USA Network aired a three-hour tribute to Benoit in place of the scheduled wrestling telecast.

How stupid is that if the above is true that he killed wife and son. I would hope it is not true thouth.

He was my favourite wrestler, so with him gone it really sucks for me. Went to a Smackdown taping when he was around a few years ago, just because he was on the card.

It doesn't make any sense to me. The guy was the biggest wrestler around when I used to watch(about 2 years ago), and he apparently was still a big star. What would drive him to do such horrible things?

Between this and the 'mommy is in a rug' quote from the 2yr old whose pregnant mom was murdered, this has been a bad week for us all.

Well i heard this on the radio while inside the gas station on the way home. I just thought his family was dead, but him too....wow. Im not sure if i could believe what any news reports say or the Investigators for that matter. he had things going for him, and he had some money to at least live an Average middle-class life.

So, IMO you cant get mad at the guy cause your not really sure what happened. It could be a set up for all we know, My sincerest goes out to the Benoit family.

Well it seems That Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan made the Front page of Yahoo.com along with A Female Pharoah being found. No news on Benoit though...So so sad. I seen Paris's Damned FUGLY lookin face coming out of jail, With the media swarming and flashing pictures. She looked like the normal paris but happier (not cause she got out of jail) but because she is getting more attention now than she was before The jail term. She was walking out and i lip read her saying, "Thank You" to the Papparazzi.

It's hard to say what really happen over that weekend. It's really new event. They'll eventually find out. It's just going to take a while to have information released to the public. Not that I'm a fan or follower of wrestling, but this can't be good for the wrestling product that many people enjoy. I'm presuming the media will jump all over the steriods are bad angle.
