This is Flak from the 360 presell mess. Ebay is so concerned about fraud right now that they have gone too far in the other direction.
You should respond (in a non agressive manner) and voice your "confusion" and "frustration."
That is reedickQlus! They should not have banned you...well...you are Brewcity...so maybe they had a point....

Questions:
Have you sold high priced items in the past? and often?
And your feedback might be perfect but do you have a lot of it?
If the answers are Yes and Yes, thats BS! If the answer is No, this is what they did to 360 sellers last year.
People who had feedback of 15 and perfect dont look as trustworthy as people with 100 or so. And if they did nothing but sell 8.00 items for 2 years, selling something for 900, especially something that isnt out yet, looks peculiar.
They still shouldnt suspend anyone unless they have a plethora of negatives, and you have None so they need to be pooped on. Wheres Triumph when ya need him!
**I sold three 360s(mine, friends, and cousins) and I didnt raise any flags(750, 800, 825). I had to sell my cousins because he had 18 feedback(no negatives) and they suspended his account. The highest priced item he sold over the years was a 28.00 cap. Selling high priced home theater gear is what I believe kept me out of trouble.

They probably took it down becasue there is no way you can guarantee you'll get a PS3. The store might not get any or only half of what they expect. Then what is the perosn who won the auction supposed to do. The best thing is just to put the PS3 up for auction once you have it in your hand.

Well, I found out that its because I cant guarantee shipping within 30 days of auctions end. Had I done a longer auction I would've been ok. Pwnd by my not knowing. Hopefully they'll re-instate me...
