| Every time someone's cell phone rings during a movie, I want to stab them in the face with a soldering iron. | |

| I hate seeing people texting on their phones during a movie. Obviously, the brightness of the screen can be seen by ANYONE in the theater... you cannot hide it. | |

| I usually seen people bring their little kids, and the kids play games on the phones the whole movie. Also a lovely reminder why I don't go the theater anymore. | |

Never go to a sold out movie! I got stuck next to a girl who talked on her cell through the whole movie!! And loudly. The best part is she would repeat what just happened in the movie to the friend on the phone.

Worse than people who don't turn off their phones is people who put their shoes up on the chair next to you. I poured a soda on some dude's foot once for doing that.

His big-ass foot took up the tiny armrest and was in my personal space bubble. Before I could say anything the guy next to me turned around and said that if he didn't put his foot down, he would forcibly insert a movie snack into the guy's colon. The guy sitting next to me proved that there are good people left in this world, and those people have extended vocabularies.

| I've done the foot thing, but not to that extent. I didn't want to intrude on the person's personal space bubble. I just kept to the back of the seat. I would do the arm rest thing if no one was sitting there.
The worse experience had to be seeing Star Wars III. Went about two after the movie was released at a 8pm showing on Sunday night. I figured it wouldn't be too crowded, and late enough there would be no young kids, and not too late for the parents. Holy hoo ha, people were bringing babies and todlers. THey were noisy or playing games on the cell phones. I'm like, "having' you heard a babysitter or your parents' houses." And if that wasn't enough, the theater had a blown subwoofer; I know what a blown woofer sounds like since I've blown about dozen of them when I was into car audio.
Just waiting for DVD is so much easier. Plus, most of the time, I don't think the movie is worth $8. Granted, I spent a lot more on the hometheater, but that was done more to enjoy sport games.
