you're more then welcome to do one for the Raiders. And technically, they don't have to be done NOW. The draft isn't for another month. Apparently, you either more time than me or football is a bigger priorty to you than me. I'll try to get to it tomorrow. I'll need to look at the format being used.

D-Litch, I gotta admit, I'm with lovekeiiy here. The draft is over a month away. I'm a huge football fan, but I also work a lot of hours during the week. Harping on people every couple of hours over picks being submitted for something that far out doesn't make much sense to me. Unfortunately, for me at least, the mock draft doesn't seem like so much fun anymore -- there are too many separate threads to follow and the intensity level of having picks in quickly and in a certain format is too high for something like this (at least for me).

Please count me out too.

Sorry to hear that guys. I'm not harping, but when a pick is slow getting posted, it slows everyone else down. I know the draft is a month away, but every other site that has done a mock draft has had their's posted 2 weeks ago. I know this was a last minute thing, but if the plan is to do a 2 round mock, we have a month to have 59 more picks done. Granted, 2nd round picks aren't gonna require as much writing, it will still take time.

As far as the names that are red, I was going to erase them so people could have them, but I'll leave them there. Reps can still claim a team that has a red name beside it, but if the red named guy decides he wants in, he'll get dibs on whatever picks are left for that team.

I didn't take any offense to D's, per se, anxiousness. I love the game of football, and the raiders (I better since I go see them live about 11-13 times a season). I assume he just wanted to get something up so people could start their discussions/debates.

Some of my friends have been reading mock drafts since Febuarary, and on football forums everyday since that time. Heck, I have one buddy who calls me about once a week just to discuss the Raiders and what they are doing, should be doing, and could be doing with the draft and free agency. He keeps up on this way more than me. But during the season I'm more up on than him since I got all the local coverage, which includes all the media interviews with the coaches and players.

I think the format was pretty good. What fun would it be to put what the team may do without the armchair GM of what you would do. This is the kind of area that doesn't bother me. Heck, I'll talk football with anyone who wants to have a logical discussion about it. I can't stand talking to those who just regergitate the media or just blind or stupid. It's part of the reason why I wear noise cancelling headphones to the games, because they people around drove me nuts with their discussions.

Thanks for understanding, Keiiy. I knew I was going to come off rather ass-like, but most other mock have been up for a few weeks. I also enjoy having an intelligent conversation about football with people. It's just kinda difficult to find that anywhere these days. Hopefully PGL will gain a football underbelly, and we'll have more places to talk besides 1 thread.
