Crip is right -- your flash plug-in is corrupted (has nothing to do with ie; this error more frequently occurs in Firefox than IE because of the way Firefox handles plug ins). Try unisntalling flash, rebooting, the downloading and installing flash fresh from Adobe's web site. If you run into an error installing flash or it doesn't go away, try downloading and installing the off-line version of flash (there's a link on adobe's webpage).

Macs are what I see some of the UWM students use (when I do work there). They are also the same ones that look sad all the time, have hair covering their face, and like men.

Try the following (don't skip any steps):
1. In Add/Remove programs, uninstall all instances of Adobe/Macromedia Flash and Shockwave (both stand alone and plug-ins).
2. If you are using IE 6, skip to step 3. If you are using IE 7, you need to be able to get in to the Tools menu. You can show the Menu Bar in IE buy right clicking in the menu area and selecting menu bar. Once the menu bar is visible, go to Tools --> Manage Add-ons --> Enable or Disable Add-Ons. In the drop down at the top of the screen, be sure to select "Add Ons that have been Used By IE". Find and delet all instances of Flash or Shockwave. OK out of the prompts. Close IE. Once IE is fully closed, proceed to step 3.
3. Reboot.
4. Go to Adobe and download/install Flash and Shockwave.
5. Reboot.
6. See if that works.
If that doesn't work, post back whether you are running IE 6 or IE 7.
