Mine is just a variant of a nickname I've had for almost twenty years, Robot. I don't know why, but I have lazy friends who won't pronouce the whole thing, so they'll just call me Bot. Mann is gernman for man in English.

I tried Robot, but I don't think it was long enough. So I went with my alternative user names. I'm just like the robotic man, LOL. I do the same thing over and over, LOL.

I used to work at a group of radio stations in sales...2 of them targeted/reached men primarily (a sports and a rock station). We were putting together a presentation to sell both together as a combo, and I was looking for a title to the presentation. Well, instead of calling it something lame like WDFN and WDTW....I thought of the processed sloppy joe mix, Manwich. So that's what I called it.

Right around that time we were starting up a Fantasy Football league, and I was looking for a name for that, so I went with Manwich as it was fresh in my mind.

I added 3000 on to it because someone already had manwich, believe it or not, and also because it just seemed more absurd with it tagged on, which is always good
