For those that are keeping track, the spice used was Pappy's seasoning...which is freaking delicious on tri-tips. My best guess is that this guy is obviously a cannibal. He simply preparing the two victims for a nice latin/german fusion dinner. Well Pappy's does work best on tri-tip, it can be just as tasty when used on humans. As for smacking the guy with his 8 inch sasage, that is a time honored technique for tenderizing the meat (probably to prepare it for more pappy's).
