I'm pretty sure Florida is on the same list as CA. When I first starting my foreclosure biz last year, the "new filings" list was only about a page per day. Now, it's nearly twice that amount. It's unreal!

Despite popular belief and what Wonder likes to spread on the site, I do not live on a farm. 1.2 acres wouldn't be considered a farm around here either. Just a bid yard. Although, you could get a number of cars up on blocks with hounds in them on that land.

Can you please stream the building of your pyramid of beer over the internet? I would LOVE to watch that.

that is a lot of land, but it is viable. it also wouldnt necessarily have to be all in the same spot.
