A pursuit crash I worked yesterday
Here is an article about a pursuit that Riverside police had, that was came into Moreno Valley (Where I work). The subject struck a vehicle stopped at the light and lost control. He slid into the cement street light, at approximately 85 mph. It ripped the Honda CR-V in half. He lived, broken pelvis, shoulder, etc, but still breathing. He carjacked two people and hit and ran earlier in the day.
What a good looking cop in the picture..

Its amazing what some can live through and how little it takes to kill others. I'm sure you've seen examples of wrecks that didn't look that bad, but the driver was dead huh?

I think it's safe to say that car will be totaled by the insurance company, LOL.
