I think it was Quo. He's the only person I know who actually says, "Lameness". What a Lame-o.

'Twas not me. As the king of lame jokes, I am loathe to put that label on anyone else. As a side note, I've also been known to say "Haaaaaaaaay", "I've got to bug out..." and "Gotta hit the hay." That hardly makes me responsible for misuse of those excellent phrases by others who incorrectly spray them everywhere.

I have insomnia from time to time, Bryan. Sucks. Usually with me, it's related to some stress. Get rid of the stress and you'll sleep. Easier said than done though. I end up in this horrible pattern of sleeping one night, then not the next again and again... Happened Monday night for me. Slept 4 hours and felt like crap on Tuesday.
