I'm more on the cautious side: I tend to move slow, or try to hole up & try to use communications to let everyone know when & where I see an opponent, and tend to like the big guns (MK-48 in GRAW 2 is my baby) or the A4 or similar set on single shot or burst on bigger maps.
I also prefer OTS or 3rd person view over 1st.

Its a whole different beast when every move is calculated and deliberate. When every shot is given special attention to and you put rounds in the precise place you think would be best. Instead of just spraying magazine after magazine. Slow and steady wins the race and one shot one kill..

I would like to play some games where both sides are actually trying to use tactics rather than just pulling the trigger first. Maybe it's just because I suck at shooters in general, but it always turns into a run-n-gun and that's where I lose big time.

| I'm fairly strategic. I usually find a strategy for each map, and play the map that way. Some maps I'm overly-aggressive, some maps I'm cautious. | |

Once the crap hits the fan, I usually have the enemies flank all to myself and start cherry pickin.
I almost always charge into the fray in HALO, but rarely in other shooters unless the opposition is very weak.

I like to sit back and think about the situation and kill at range if I can but when it comes down to it if I have to im not afraid to run up and kill someone up close and personal if it gets the job done. That is at least for most games.
In Halo however my play style would best be described as flexible, having played this game the most out of any I have ever played. I usually try to cater my play style to what will work best against the opponent and on the map.

| I like to lure out the enemy so my teammates can shoot them while I lay dead or dying, LOL.
It really depends on the game type I'm playing. I don't really like the run and gun play, but in deathmatch or team death match, and infinite respawns, run and gun is just how the game play is done. Without respawns, I'm a lot more careful and strategic. I tend to play a bit better because run and gunners suck as the slower paced games.

I'm still working on another method.

My style is usually somewhat slower and more cautious than most. I tend to have a longer lifespan in games, but also with fewer kills, thus I'm assuming I just take things a little slower and get into the fray a little less. I play the outer edges of the battle quite a bit.
Depends on the mood I'm in. Sometimes I just don't mind dying, so I just run-n-gun.
