How to load previous chapter without....

Well, yesterday i finally got gears of war! , and i spent like 2 hours beating act1, and I am currently starting act2. I wana face the berserker again for act1, but when I choose "load previous chapter" it said if I load it from act 1 "china shop" then I have to start the game from act 1 china shop again. Does anyone know how to play act 1 china shop without having to start over again?

It will only get rid of your checkpoint from whatever mission your on in act 2. Not your actual game progress. Good luck and try it on insane.
