| Finished Gears of War on Insane!
Well, Woundup and I finally did it. We finished the game on Insane today. I still stand by the last boss isn't as hard as people are making him out to be. Yeah, he's hard, but it only took several tries for me and Woundup to do it, even on Insane. On Hardcore we did it in like two tries.
Definitely a fun game though! Not as much of an accomplishment as beating Veteran CoD2, but still a pretty good accomplishment! | |

I did beat it both on hardcore and insane but only with help. After 20 or so tries on hardcore I gave up and went co-op. We beat it first try on hardcore co-op. Insane was a different mater even with help it took like 10 tries. If he had got stuck behind a create it would have taken more.
By the way this was only to beat the RAAM... The first 4.5 Acts where no problem by myself.

Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: Lambertville, NJ Age: 32 | Yeah, Dom is a total heap, but I like seeing exactly where he goes down, especially during the RAAM fight. At one point I was all excited because he went down in RAAM's walking path one time and RAAM was unable to get past Dom, so I was just throwing shots at him figuring I'd be able to get him now. I had a lot of good shots on him then BAM, a frakking Reaver takes me out! My one "End Boss Glitch" that could have helped me and I blow it.
There are times in the game where it's almost as if Dom goes out for a bite to eat, because some times he's not even around. | |
