Finished Gears of War on Insane!

Is there a trick to beating Raam? My buddy and I tried on split screen 10-15 times and gave up for the evening. How exactly do you defeat him? Also, I want to complete casual act 5 if anyone can assist me.

I'm down for co-op at any time.

The key to RAAM is waiting for (or forcing) the shield Kryll from around him before tagging him in the head with sniper or torque bow. Just takes some time. I couldn't do it without help in co-op, so perhaps that will help if you can get someone in there with you.

Im going through Insane on my own right now, so i might be in the neighborhood for some co-op...anythings better than splitting the screen with a roommate whos used to only playing computer games and using a mouse to point/shoot.

I need some help starting and finishing Insane level. I have all Dom achievements, so if you need them, send me an invite.

The only achievement from SP I need is I Can't Quit You Dom(complete whole game as Dom), if anyone needs help on Insane go ahead and invite me.

I finally was able to collect the Insane achievements last night with Wonder's help. RAAM is just plain nutz on insane. And Dom is NO help in single player against him. He just runs around like an idiot. Anyway, after many unsuccessful attempts, we finally took him down. Our plan worked brilliantly. After a few blasts with the torque bow and sniper from Wonder, we had him primed. I then took it like a man. I became RAAM's biatch as he got stuck behind me and Wonder blasted him with the hand gun. Yeah, I was bent over in front of the General. The scene was hilarious. I took one for the team.

Here is post I did on Xbox.com explaining how to beat RAAM. There's even a link for a video showing the technique. Since it works for Insane, it'll work for casual. It's also for single player, no co-op.

no problem. RAAM took me a while to beat, and when I did it on casual, I was doing co-op and technique that is not good on Insane.

I only got halfway through the game. I'm not even sure if I've touched it this year, I really need to try and finish it. I've missed everyone.
