Beat GOW review, (Also Post Problem if your Stuck on a certain part)

I've Beatin GOW and it was surprisingly short. But it was also short because of the fact that i was enjoying it so much that it made the game fly by. I beat it on LIVE CO-OP in order to get the DOM Achievements. it is super fun and to get 5x more enjoyment you should play on live CO-OP and Versus because If you guys have a strategy and discuss this with your team, you will win. doing your own thing will get you killed. Rushing without help will get you killed. Only way to stay alive by yourself is to Never been seen and become an agent from splinter cell. Which is the way I always clutch in versus when im the last one on my team. also I love the handling of the movement, These Grunts are surprisingly fast and Fly to cover almost instantly. Its a must in my OPINION to have LIVE for this game, since the campaign is short. you could play versus on one map and one type of Gameplay (Team deathmatch aka WARZONE) All night long and not get bored.

Also since i dont want to put a spoiler up if anyone needs help With RAAM (last boss) then Post it here and let me know. that is where everyone gets stuck at.

Also if anyone got their game The day it came out They Most likley got it From EB Games, and in other News some poor 15 year old kid got beat up for while trying to buy GEAR OF WAR!

I am stuck in "the long road home" portion of the game. I am at the house and I must meet up with the guys out back at the ATV. When I go out side at the back of the house a battle takes place and a huge creature shows up with cannons on it's head. Once this creature appears there is a 30 second timer, then it goes to a cut scene and I'm dead. I'm thinking I need the Hammer of Dawn here but I do not have one with me, and can't find one in the area. Any suggestions would be helpfull as I have died over a dozen times trying to get to the ATV.

I didnt fight the Brumak and Im upset because I was looking forward to doing so. We defended the house and killed all that came thru the door. Then we ran thru the back(or front, whichever it is) and got in the APC, and the brumak came out firing rockets at us during the cutscene. Thats the only time Brumak appeared.

Are you saying you actually fight it? It attacks you?! I must try that part again!!!

Ha! I thought that you were talking about the game for a second until I read this...the worst part is that the kid's game is being held as "evidence." I bet the police in his town own a 360.....

Where I am in the game is, two guys are out back with the ATV , me and the other guy are supposed to meet them at the ATV. When I go out in the back yard area, there are several Enemies to battle. Before I can kill them all and get to the ATV, this giant monster appears along with a 30 second count down. I can shoot at it but it does no good, once the 30 seconds run out the cut scene starts and the screen turns to red blood as I am killed.

I've tried to make a quick run for the ATV but I can't make it, to many bad guys. I'm stumped, I may just restart the level and keep the Hammer of dawn with me. I got rid of it for the sniper rifle.

I've found a walk through on the net. The guy is just writing the road home section now, he says it will be up on the 12th.

Defending the house was the hard part, getting to the APC/Baird & Cole was the easy part. I wish I had your problems, I want to see Brumak(the large creature) while Im on the ground and not during some cutscene.

He doesnt make an appearance for me until a cutscene ensues, and thats after Ive gotten to the APC.

I ran thru the backyard while getting lit up by drones but I only had 3 seconds on the clock when I reached the APC which means fighting them once I left the house would have definitely slowed me down and gotten me killed. I wonder if youre experiencing something different in Single Player? Mine was set to Hardcore by the way.

My coop partner was chainsawing baddies, he forgot there was a timer so I started running. And even though he was still back at the house, as long as one of us got to the APC, we moved on to the next area.

I got throught it finally. I just let them get closer to the house then I ran for it and saw the different cut scene. Phew!!!

I'm in act 4 and have come across The Berserker again. I can get her to the room with the fallen tree, but this is where I get stuck. I need to get outside to use the Hammer, but I can't see any place where she can bust through. I did manage to get her to bust through a wall but that just resulted in fire. I tried this about 20 times, much to no avail. I am getting pretty good at dodging her, though.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Is that berserker in the green houses? You use the Hammer IN the green house, it only works in a certain area, look up at the ceiling/sky for a clear part which allows the satellite to work.

With the greenhouse berserker actually you have more room than you think. Every pillar you get her to knock down gives you more sunlight. If you can have her knock down all the pillars you pretty much get most of the room for Hammer of Dawn loving. Just stand behind a pillar, get her to charge you, and then dive out of the way... instant sky.

Thank goodness I beat that one last night... I'm on the very last part of act 4 I think... I beat the boomers then some how i'm supposed to run to my APC... I gave up after one try last night... I'll get it beat tonight if I can sneak on.
