btw one issue/fix I found.

ISSUE: "searching for games" on and on... after you select search for mp ranked games

FIX: just press x to refresh and the list will display.

Had a funky glitch last night. We were playing one of the maps -the one with the Turret. I was climbing onto a ledge adjacent to where the sniper rifle spawns and apparently fell into a huge bottomless pit or something? The screen was completely black but if I looked up I could see the "floor" above me - kinda like the clouds parting or something.

I tried to get some video footage of it, but by the time I got my camera the screen was entirely black... I think I was able to capture a little of my character and the black screen though. Apparently my dead teammates could see it.

Then all of a sudden I popped back into play and someone chainsawed me. Very strange. Anyone else experience this one yet?

ChristianHT had that same problem in the same match. I was wondering what happened. I remember switching to Woundups view and then seeing you just randomly pop back into his site. So yeah, it was kind of weird.

What's funny is that I am waiting for the James Joyce of our generation to release a gamer's version of Ulysses w/words like pwned and brb and l8r ... may be something to look into.

BTW - does anyone know where I can score some diagrams of the multiplayer maps? I don't want to have to purchase some lame game guide for it (I have a strict no game guide policy ... unless its Oblivion ... then you need one ... b/c that game is just ridiculous).

You'll learn so much more than a diagram will tell you. It's fun to learn the maps and it's not too hard either!!

I need a map of one of the levels too. I just couldn't figure it out. I think it's the Masoleum (murdered the spelling, but I don't care). It's basically a circle with a line through it, but how do the two spawns diffenciate.

It's almost like two circles one inside the other with a line going down the middle.

You start on the inside circle which is partitioned off so you can't just circle around and kill the other team. So you have to go to the outside circle.

Yup, happened to me last night too, same map War Machine I think its called. I fell through the floor and looked up to see blocky black boxes covering the screen. then I was back to normal. getting sawed.

played a handfull of MP games last night. all were fine except one. One game had lag soooo bad it was almost unplayable. I guess with 70-80 thousand playing at one time. that may occur.

Keezy, keezy, keezy...

Team GOO has all the maps to the levels. Go to the "secret spot" that Quo set up, they're all there.

They help a lot actually, especially when you're all on the same page (literally) when you spawn, you can call out directions to eachother with ease.

Go to the spot orange!
